United States Social Advocacy Projects


-AmeriCorps Mentor for Sustainable Literacy Research and Advocate within in Los Angeles Unified School District

​

-Prepared and submitted legal correspondences within United States Department of Justice to advocate legal voting rights of developmentally delayed persons under conservatorships

​

-Volunteer with  Turning Point Homeless and Transitional Housing Shelter via the SEVA organization for 15 years  (Santa Monica, CA)

​

-Development of  Programming for Higher Education Opportunities for Boy’s and Girls Club Chapters of America

​

-Collaboration with CalVoices and The Mental Health Services and Oversight Committee of California to ensure police oversight for proper utilization of state-run programs

​

-Ongoing certification program for Nation-wide run mental health program to serve as a mentor to  reduce suicide-risk with vulnerable populations through The California Department of Health Care Access and Information Services

​

-Volunteer for 'The People's Concern' to work to address the effects of homelessness, poverty, mental and physical illness, abuse and addiction in Los Angeles County  

​

-Candidate for the Disability Commission within Santa Monica City Council 

​

-Chairperson for Gradnite with the Santa Monica High School Alumni Association to support fun & safety the night of graduation

​

-Completion of Harvard Negotiation Program for conflict resolution facilitated by Harvard Law School
